Employee retention in behavioral health organizations can be challenging. Across the industry, employee turnover is high, and engagement is low. Before you can effectively increase employee retention, you need to begin by assessing employee engagement within your agency.
How It Works
To help personnel evaluate their current role as well as the organization itself, we have put together an Employee Engagement Rater consisting of 12 basic statements for employees to react to. Individuals will simply rate each statement by selecting the response that most closely reflects their feelings. In the end, each employee will tally their responses to reveal a total score that will indicate whether or not they are an engaged member of staff.
